We facilitate incremental Stripe productivity improvements to help the GTM organization deliver key business objectives and revenue results. We are a global team with resources in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.</p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Collaborate with sales teams to identify, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win rates, pipeline coverage.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain robust sales dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales leadership and enable data-driven decision making.</li> <li>Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data, and identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.</li> <li>Define and refine the sales targets setting process, working closely with sales leadership and finance teams to ensure targets are ambitious yet realistic.</li> <li>Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for sales process optimizations</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to gather and integrate relevant data for comprehensive sales reporting and analysis</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, highlighting areas of concern, and proactively identify strategies to address performance gaps</li> <li>Provide regular reports and presentations to sales leadership and other stakeholders, communicating the analysis of sales data and recommending actions to drive sales growth</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools in sales operations and analytics, and implement new tools and processes as appropriate</li> </ul> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, targets setting process, and creation of sales dashboards</li> <li>Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, using tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM systems</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality  </li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools</li> </ul> <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company</li> <li>Prior experience in the payments industry</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field</li> </ul>
