DDSNF provides care and opportunities for a either a short-term or long-term stay. (FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE) - AM/ PM The primary purpose of this position is to treat each resident with dignity and respect, encourage and assist residents to achieve and maintain the highest level of self-care and independence. Answer call lights promptly, reposition residents per policy and maintain patient and employee safety. Promptly communicate and document any patient changes and/or concerns to the Supervisor. As well as any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Administrator. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must have excellent work ethic, patience and enthusiasm. Must work well with others and also be able to work independently as needed. Must have a current CPR card Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Bilingual preferred but not required. Provide proof of your eligibility to work in the United States (Form I-9).'
