Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency. • Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to align with business requirements. • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access control. • Maintain data integrity by performing data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleansing. • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. • Provide user training, support, and guidance to maximize user adoption and proficiency. • Document system configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and future maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business units, to drive successful Salesforce implementations and integrations. • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in BA/B.Sc. Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent. • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation. • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard and custom objects, data modeling, and security. • Proficiency in using automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows. • Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data migration in Salesforce. • Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units, developers, and administrators. • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce Ecommerce, Dot, and Service Max is an advantage.
