<strong>Organization- Dream Downtown<br><br></strong><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.<br><br>The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. </li><li> Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen. </li><li> Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms </li><li> Keep all closets clean and neat. </li><li> Replenish chemical bottles. </li><li> Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. </li><li> Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. </li><li> Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards. </li><li> Ensure overall guest satisfaction. <br><br></li></ul>Click here to spend a ‘day in the life’ of a hospitality professional at a full-service hotel via our virtual reality experience.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. </li><li> Ability to stand during entire shift. </li><li> Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. </li><li> A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment </li><li> Refined verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight <br><br></li></ul><strong>Salary Range:<br><br></strong><strong>$29.90- $39.87<br><br></strong><em><strong>All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status</strong></em>
